How do I browse the product catalog?

From the Product Catalog page you can view, search and order different items. Look for the category drop down box to display all products within a predetermined group, or create your own by typing text into the search box and clicking on the Search button.

How do I review my order?
|
|
Each time a product is added to your Shopping Cart you will be automatically taken to your Shopping Cart page, where you can change the quantity ordered of each item, review the selections you have already made, or remove any item from your cart. You may also return to this page at any time by clicking on the View Cart link near the top of most pages. You may return to the catalog by clicking on the Continue Shopping button, or by performing a search using the options located above the review.

Why do I have to give my personal contact information?

In order for us to create an order for you, we need to know certain pieces of information, such as your home address and telephone number. This information will be used for billing or for contacting you if there is a problem with your order, but will never be sold or used in any other way.

How do I input a shipping address, shipping method, and payment method?
|
|
After you have supplied your personal information, you will be taken to a shipping page where you may supply us with a shipping address, shipping method (if available), and a payment type. Not all items require a shipping method or payment, so this screen may vary depending on what you have ordered.

How can I get a hard copy of my order?
|
|
Once your order has been placed you will be taken to a summary page that displays all relevant information about your order, including your billing address, shipping address, products ordered and the total price. This page is designed to be printed as a hard-copy for your records, but you will also receive an e-mail shortly after placing your order with a similar summary.
